  1. 1) All orders (veg and non-veg) are processed and prepared separately in distinct kitchen areas.
  2. 2) We currently deliver to select locations specified during the checkout process. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate to avoid delays.
  3. 3) The standard delivery timeframe is between 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. However, this may vary based on operational constraints and regional availability.
  4. 4) Food will be delivered within 2 to 3 hours from the time of placing the order.
  5. 5) In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, strikes, or transportation issues beyond our control, there may be delays. We will keep you informed in such cases.
