- 2) In case of payment failures, refund amounts will be credited within 7-10 business days from the date of approval. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- 3) For any non-food related services such as event management or facility management, please contact our support team for detailed return and refund policies specific to those services.
- 4) In case of disputes or discrepancies, Kwality Hospitality reserves the right to make the final decision on returns and refunds.
- 5) Returns for delivered food items must be initiated within 2 hours of delivery. The replacement of the returned product will be completed within the same 2-hour window.
